Our Hazy Fudge alcohol infused fudge, is a harmonious blend of Belgian dark chocolate, NY milk from O-AT-KA Upstate Niagara—a farmer-owned cooperative with milk from 300 family farms—and the subtle notes of Finger Lakes cabernet wine or more robust flavor of Black Button bourbon. We’ve mastered the art of infusing alcohol into our fudge without “cooking out” the alcohol or flavor. The result? A decadent, rich, creamy, spreadable and spoonable fudge. Our fudge is crafted to have 5% or less alcohol by volume, making it a delightful treat for adults. Each jar is packed in a small, reusable glass container and comes with a biodegradable wooden spoon, bringing a touch of sustainability and nostalgia from our childhood years—perfect for easy, enjoyable indulgence or a ready to go gift.
